Objectives

* To encourage the development of critical, creative, and empathic solutions

* To highlight the fundamental pitfalls of the scarcity model and to reframe human civilization in a regenerative model

* To investigate the concepts of symbiosis and mutual interdependence through biological and spiritual frameworks

* To identify and emulate patterns inherent in nature in art, building, and community design

* To marry the similarities of engaging with the earth through permaculture practices and engaging with the soul through alchemical transformation

We are a transitioning society in transformation, an evolving performance of reciprocal relationships with the inherent capacity to empower each other, heal destructive patterns, and build the world we want to live in. In order to access these potentials, it is crucial that we develop the resourcefulness, adaptability and resiliency to function in harmony with a changing and ever creative universe.

Drawing from an eclectic skill set integrating intentional community-building, nature awareness, permaculture design, emergency preparedness, and eco-psychology the Center for Transformation Ecology is a collaborative of activists, entrepreneurs, and educators committed to actualizing the necessary foundation for a new era of local and global stewardship. We are facilitating an innovative and integrated approach to solutions by cultivating the tasks and skills required to support viable and conscious intentional networks around the world.

Participants will chose their emphasis and attend lectures and workshops that correspond to their interests. The categories will be designated by the elementals fire, earth, air, and water.
