January 2008 Newsletter- Energy!![]()
Everything we do, everything we are, and everything we come into contact with takes energy. We often think in terms of light bulbs or storing energy for future use, but the implications go much further. Next time you think of energy, remember it is part of everything you do whether that means changing a bulb, disconnecting from the grid, wasting less, growing a garden, or riding a bicycle. Read on to explore the future of electricity: Smart Grids, visit a sustainable solar housing project in New Orleans, and learn how to take advantage of the money already being spent on energy.
